Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase for coaching packages, provided no messaging/calls/coaching has taken place. Once messaging/coaching has begun or a call has been had, refunds will not be offered.
Electronic products and services with a one time delivery (ie ebooks, PDF documents, templates, video training, etc.) do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of their format. However, if you do have any issues with the content I am more than happy to help you out!
